We ship to New Zealand. Sunglasses are sent airmail with delivery confirmation.
Are International Deliveries GST Free?
Yes. Any order with a delivery address outside Australia is free of GST charges.
How long will I wait to receive my sunglasses?
One of the benefits of shopping with esunnies is that we can offer all available model and colour combinations for each brand. This sets us apart from the retail stores. However, because of this flexibility, we cannot hold all items in stock - we have over 4500 available items! We aim to deliver your sunglasses within 10-15 working days. If the item is in stock it will be delivered within 5 working days.
How can I receive an invoice?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your invoice details.
How can I be sure you received my order OK?
Every order receives a confirmatory email from us within 24 hours. If you do not receive one by this time, it could mean that we have not received your order. Or it could mean the e-mail address you registered with is incorrect so the order confirmation cannot reach you.

Which shipping carriers do you work with?
We use Australia Post Registered Mail within Australia. To New Zealand Sunglasses are sent airmail with delivery confirmation.
I have a Gift Voucher to redeem, how do I do it?
Once you have logged in, and selected your products by adding them to your basket, you will be asked to make a payment. All you need to do is enter the correct voucher number and expiry date. If your total order amount is less than the value of your Voucher, we will save the remaining voucher credit for your next order. If your total order amount is greater than the value of your voucher, we will request you to pay the difference by credit card.
Can I send a Gift Card with my purchase?
Any gift ordered through e|sunnies includes a gift card with our compliments. The card is printed on high quality paper with your message handwritten on the back. You can include a message up to 25 words.
