Ordering sunglasses on-line with us couldn’t be simpler or safer, the steps below explain how the order process works and the relevant information you will need. Don’t forget, if you register with us this process becomes even easier, as your contact and address details will be automatically completed for you to save time.

Step 1 – Searching for sunglasses
You can search for sunglasses in a variety of ways using the Collection menus or the drop down lists. You can choose the currency you wish to view all prices in by becoming a registered customer and recording your currency preference. All purchases are made in Australian dollars. The alternative currency prices are shown as a guide only and may vary on a daily basis.

Step 2 – Using your basket
Assuming you have read about the sunglasses and viewed the larger image, then simply choose the quantity (this is 1 by default) and click the “add to basket”. Your choice will automatically be added to the basket. The number of items in your basket and the total value of your purchases are displayed on the top, LHS of the page.

Step 3 – Checkout
Once you have completed your selections click on “View Basket” to review your choices. If you are happy with the contents of your basket click “Check Out”. You will now be asked to login if you haven’t already done so or register if you are a new user. At this point all information is sent through a secure connection. This procedure requires an email address and password. You will be sent an email confirmation of these details.

Step 4 - Gift Card
You can add an esunnies Gift Card to accompany your delivery. Type in your own personal message (max 25 words) in the box provided. The message will be handwritten inside the Gift Card and sent with your order.

Step5 – Payment
You can pay by Credit Card, Cheque, Direct Bank Deposit, Money Order or Gift Voucher. If your total order amount is less than the value of your Voucher, we will save the remaining voucher credit for your next order. If your total order amount is greater than the value of your voucher, we will request you to pay the difference by credit card. Once you have confirmed your order and payment details, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your email address.
