If at any time you are not satisfied with the quality of the goods you have purchased, you may email us for a return authorisation and we will assess your request for a credit or refund of the purchase price.
In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item (subject to availability) once we receive the return, at our cost.
For gifts purchased using an e|sunnies gift voucher (or any part thereof), the amount paid by gift vouchers will be refunded in the form of an esunnies Gift Voucher, and the remaining amount will be refunded via the original method of payment.
Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
